Corporate, labor union and foreign national contributions are prohibited. The individual limit is $1,000 per person per election. The Elect Burchett campaign also asked that county employees not contribute financially to the campaign. Contributions to Elect Burchett are not deductible for income tax purposes. State Election Laws require us to report the name, address, occupation, and employer for contributions aggregating in excess of $100 per election.
